Calling all pet parents and animal lovers in North Hollywood! We are thrilled to announce that FurFest is officially around the corner, and it better than ever. This year’s event is a special collaboration between Comfy Carepacks, the North Hollywood West Neighborhood Council, and the Valley Plaza Recreation Center. By joining forces, our organizations are dedicated to creating a stronger, more supported pet community right here in our neighborhood.
Join us for a morning dedicated to celebrating our furry companions and supporting the people who love them. Whether you have a wagging tail, a purring friend, or simply a passion for animal welfare, this community event is the perfect opportunity to connect with neighbors and access vital resources. From health services to fun giveaways, it’s a celebration of the bond we share with our pets that you won't want to miss!

Keeping Your Pets Safe & Healthy
We believe every pet deserves a healthy life. Thanks to a generous grant from the North Hollywood West Neighborhood Council, the Latino Alliance for Animal Care Foundation will be on-site providing essential health services:
Pet Vaccinations: Available for pets with prior registration. To ensure we help as many families as possible, there is a limit of two pets per household (while supplies last).
Microchipping: We are offering microchipping for the first 50 pets! This is made possible through partial funding from the Office of Adrin Nazarian, LA City Council Second District.
