What is Pet Insurance?
Our pets are part of the family, and we want to keep them healthy, happy, and safe. But sometimes it's impossible to protect them from an accident or illness, and with the rising cost of veterinary care, bills can quickly add up. Many pet parents are not in a position to cover these unexpected costs—that's where pet insurance comes in. Pet insurance is for those unexpected mishaps, catastrophes and illnesses that you just can't plan for—like when the dog accidentally eats som

Growing Closer During Social Distancing
It seems like a lifetime ago when the last thing I would see each morning before heading out the door to go to work was my little dog Bodhi’s big brown eyes and his tilted head with big floppy ears up, as if asking “Can I go with you?” We both were left broken-hearted, but it was the daily routine. The current pandemic has brought everything to a screeching halt. We’re all trying to figure out how to keep busy while keeping staying put. Many of us are using technology to sta

Purrfect Love
During a Pandemic!

I find myself mirroring my cat’s behavior, waking up, eating, stretching after eating too much and then napping to sleep off the food. I also find myself view

Are You The Pack Leader for Your Dog?
As dogs are pack animals, it is important to understand that they are always conscious of their position within the pack.
This "pack" consists of you, your family, other animals, and any other dog(s) in the household.
The Alpha dog, or pack leader, is the leader and protector of the pack. It is crucial that you accept this role. Your dog will be healthier and happier if it feels secure in it's pack, knowing that their leader does their job and every person that is safe.
